Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 57bdt website, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on any product offered by 57bdt, you — the user — agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 57bdt with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

These terms apply to all users accessing 57bdt from within Bangladesh, including users from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and all other locations across the country. They apply equally to users accessing the platform via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other supported access method.

57bdt reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion, including where it believes that an individual is attempting to circumvent these terms or use the platform in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose. Such refusal does not entitle the refused individual to compensation of any kind.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register an account and use the 57bdt platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 57bdt operates a strict 18+ only policy. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts immediately closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposited funds may be forfeited subject to regulatory guidance.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual person acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any other person or organisation.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where you are otherwise legally restricted from participating in gambling activities.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether submitted to 57bdt directly or maintained by any third-party responsible gaming organisation.
• You must not have had a previous 57bdt account that was closed or suspended for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

57bdt may at any time request identity documentation from any registered user to verify eligibility. This may include a copy of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification, as well as proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by the support team may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Account Registration and Verification

Each eligible individual may register and maintain exactly one account on 57bdt. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, a different name, or via a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. All information submitted during registration must be truthful. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. 57bdt strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings panel. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 57bdt will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised, or that your credentials have been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify 57bdt immediately by contacting [email protected]. 57bdt will investigate all reported incidents in good faith and take appropriate security action.

Deposits and Withdrawals

57bdt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion fees are applied by 57bdt; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated within your account settings or upon request from the support team. These limits may vary depending on your account verification status and payment method.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts registered in the name of a family member, friend, or any other person — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the associated 57bdt account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Deposit processing time: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are credited to your 57bdt account instantly in most cases. Bank card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to be confirmed.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours. Once approved, funds are typically credited to your payment method within 15 minutes to 72 hours depending on the selected method and your account verification status.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. 57bdt reserves the right to verify the payment method prior to releasing withdrawal funds.
• Inactive account balance: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee applied to any remaining balance. 57bdt will notify users by email at least 30 days before any such fee is applied.

Bonuses and Promotions

57bdt periodically offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and seasonal campaigns to eligible registered users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the respective promotion page, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all bonuses credited to your 57bdt account:

• Wagering requirement: A standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
• Eligible games: Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games may contribute 10%–20%. Sports bets must have minimum odds of 1.50 to qualify. Zero contribution is applied to certain game categories as noted in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date the bonus is credited unless otherwise specified. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking. Opting into a new bonus while one is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Non-transferable: Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account and have no cash value prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• Abuse prevention: 57bdt reserves the right to withhold or void bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other behaviour inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL may carry additional terms specific to those campaigns. These will be clearly communicated at the time each campaign is launched.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 57bdt — whether on sports events, live casino games, slots, crash games, or any other product — are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for checking the details of each bet or wager before confirming it. 57bdt does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed and accepted by the platform.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled according to the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, ICC for international fixtures, FIFA for football). In the event of a postponed or abandoned sporting event, 57bdt's standard rule is to void all bets relating to that event and return stakes to the user's account balance, unless the event is completed within 48 hours of its originally scheduled start time.

Live In-Play Betting: Odds on live in-play markets are updated continuously and may change between the moment a bet is selected and the moment it is confirmed. 57bdt operates a best-price guarantee on a selection of pre-match markets; specific details will be noted on the relevant market page. Live betting markets may be suspended at any point during an event at the discretion of the trading team.

Casino Games and Crash Titles: All casino game outcomes — including slots, table games, live dealer games, and crash games — are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software where applicable, or by physical outcomes in the case of live dealer studios. Results produced by certified RNG systems are statistically independent and cannot be predicted or manipulated by users or by 57bdt.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or bet — including server errors, connectivity interruptions, software bugs, or display errors — 57bdt reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the wagered amount to the user's balance. Any winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction event will not be paid.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of 57bdt, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful recreational gambling purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one account on 57bdt, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Identity fraud: Registering using false personal information, using stolen identity documents, or impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or soft-playing in live games.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human method to interact with the platform's games or betting markets.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers in bad faith, including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or any other strategy that violates the spirit of a promotion.
• Money laundering: Using 57bdt to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of any funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in respect of deposits made to 57bdt.
• Platform interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, introduce malware into, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 57bdt platform.

57bdt monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where a violation is detected or reasonably suspected, 57bdt may take immediate action including account suspension, withholding of withdrawal requests pending investigation, and permanent account closure. Users whose accounts are suspended due to suspected misconduct will be notified by email and given an opportunity to provide an explanation, except where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm to the platform or other users.

Account Closure and Suspension

You may request the closure of your 57bdt account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, 57bdt will process the request within 5 business days (measured in Bangladesh Standard Time). Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure — after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method.

Voluntary self-exclusion: If you wish to close your account due to concerns about problem gambling, 57bdt offers a self-exclusion programme. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked, and you will not be permitted to register a new account. Suspension by 57bdt: 57bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:

• A user has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A user has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious activity, including suspected fraud or money laundering, has been detected on the account.
• A user is found to be under the age of 18.
• Continuing to operate the account would expose 57bdt or other users to financial, legal, or reputational risk.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, 57bdt will endeavour to complete its review within 30 days. Any funds held in a suspended account will not be accessible during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and full access to funds restored.

Limitation of Liability

57bdt provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or entirely secure from external threats. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 57bdt and its officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from errors in game software, odds calculation, or bet settlement, where such errors are promptly corrected upon discovery.
• Any losses attributable to your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any interruption to internet or mobile network service provided by third-party telecommunications operators including Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or Airtel Bangladesh.
• Any loss arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of 57bdt.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. 57bdt's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 12 calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments and Governing Law

57bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except that material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible from the footer of the 57bdt website.

Your continued use of the 57bdt platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected] before the effective date of the change.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed from these terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 57bdt and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
